The Shadow Work Deck

Shadow work has achieved viral fame on social media platforms like TikTok, but it's rooted in an essential human need: the desire to discover what might be buried underneath the conscious mind, including the darkest parts of the repressed psyche. By understanding these impulses, which may have been ignored or denied, we can be liberated from them. The Shadow Work Deck is a multi-faceted approach to understanding the shadow self, including an interactive forty-card deck, which can be used to illuminate what is hidden; a workbook with prompts for journaling in conjunction with the cards; and an instructive guidebook.
