This book was written for a daughter who has no interest in the kitchen whatsoever except to sit down to eat or get a beer from the fridge. It is doubtful she has ever read this book. She has over time learned to grill and enjoys that very much, but prepping food for the grill would be someone else’s job. BUT, when she found that a kitchen was a mandatory room in apartments as well as houses, she asked for help with arranging her kitchen as well as some simple basic recipes and then eventually for some guides to entertaining. This is the result.
