These underground mammals are incredible tunnel diggers. They can use their big claws to plow through the ground at speeds faster than 12 feet per hour. Though kids probably won’t have their appetites whetted by the worms and bugs that make up most of a mole’s diet, they will charmed by these small, furry critters.
