Reconquest: Project Artemis

World-renowned philosopher John Danton witnesses a cartel of monopolistic corporations subverting governments around the world and fears the worst, complete control over the life of the common man. The discovery of Arctarus, an obscure, slowly dying planet, sparks a bold and desperate plan to save the world’s population from bondage. Named Project Artemis, John, along with an international team of scientists and genetically chosen recruits, set off for Arctarus. The mission: to create a parallel society, self-actualized, based on telekinetic powers, and nanotechnology with the sole intention of, someday, reconquering Earth and delivering mankind from slavery and self-destruction. Three centuries later, the Reconquest Team, a force of 100 highly trained young people, armed with an array of sophisticated technology and centuries of telepathic evolution, is put together, but their relatively small number and lack of present knowledge of Earth’s condition make the task seemingly impossible. Filled with unforeseen dangers, strategy will have to be improvised at every turn. What they don’t know is that the help they need will come from the most unexpected source.
