Invasion of the Potato Chips

I.P. Freely is your normal, everyday mad scientist. You know the type: lives in the creepy old house, on the creepy old hill. The one kids make up ghost stories about, and say, Man, I guess Halloween is year-round for this guy. But one night (which just so happens to be Friday the thirteenth, and during a lunar eclipse), I.P. makes a machine that turns things alive. He tests it out on a potato chip.
