There are many men and women of God who have not realized that the bondage that they are holding onto has nothing to do with a lack of effort. Some of the things in our walk has to do with "generational habits," that's right, you may be a victim of generational bondage and until you allow the refining process to be completed in you, you will travel in what seems like a non ending trial due to denial. Our efforts to get closer to the father can be camouflaged by our never ending desire to condemn those habits of which we don't recognize to be hereditary. The children of Israel was denied the land of milk and honey due to their stiffed necks. We who have been given the rights of prosperity, desire to walk therein but have been lagged with generational curses which will not enable us to walk in the prosperity of God. Our own environment can play a major part in our developmental stages in life and in our walk with the Lord. We have to understand this not everything that was taught to us was taught by the word of God.
