February 2022 was the 2nd anniversary of the pandemic. During that time we, all of us, have endured additional hardships, losses both financial, and family. The world had retreated in order to try to address the spread of this disease, Covid 19. Now we have seen the light and hopefully it's the end of the tunnel. Major strides have been made toward returning the world to a somewhat normal, if not altered, landscape. This book contains stories written during those months, some for the writers group, some for my own edification. There is a special section for what some might call "fractured fairy tales''. When we were younger, our parents read to us or we read fairy tales. Stories that entertained us but also stuck with us through our lives but did we really know the truth behind them? The following provides some insight into that 'truth'.
