Author Cheryl Lockett Alexander started her book writing journey in 2012. She wrote her very first Edition of MY HERO IS A DUKE...OF HAZZARD subtitled The Autobiography of a teen runaway in Hollywood. This book recreates the story of her life, being homeless in Hollywood, and meeting Actor John Schneider on the set of Dukes of Hazzard where he saved her life and became her Hero. Years later after meeting her now friend, Mary Lou Tringali, Mary suggested Cheryl write a second Edition telling her story about seeing John for the first time after more than a decade. Now over 40 years and 40 Editions later, Author Cheryl Lockett Alexander continues to "Keep the Dukes Alive" with the help of dedicated fans who tell their stories about how the show, cast, crew and General Lee have changed their lives. The family lessons Uncle Jesse instilled in Bo, Luke and Daisy became the lessons we taught our own children. Duke fans like David Jesse Duke Daniels and Rusty (Kash) Cash, live their lives honoring the legacy of Uncle Jesse and Boss Hogg. Actor Paul Baker raised his kids as the Dukes were raised teaching them that family comes first. A learned lesson he continues in his personal life and in his personal family. This is his story. This is MY HERO IS A DUKE...OF HAZZARD PAUL BAKER EDITION.
