In New Tokyo, Japan, the city has been rebuilt after a war between heroes and villains tore it apart. But when the heroes disappeared, the villains rose to power and the Prime Minister outlawed heroism indefinitely. Now, Revenant, one of the last heroes may be the only person brave enough to stand against evil, even if he doesn't want to.
