The 1889 McInteer Villa is located at 1301 Kansas Avenue in Atchison, Kansas. This stately home was built by John McInteer, a pioneer of Atchison at that time. John was known for his expertise in making saddles and harnesses. The Villa has stood for over a century and has seen at least 9 deaths in that time.
