During an annual meeting of the Cubao Reformed Baptist Church (CRBC) Catherine Gacutan stood to speak regarding the sending of graduates of Grace Ministerial Academy (GMA) to our mission and other churches we are in fellowship with. Now, GMA is the Bible School of CRBC, and Ms. Gacutan is the acting Directress of the Christian Compassion Ministries (CCM), a ministry of CRBC to help the poor. Ms. Gacutan would like GMA to yield one of its graduates to become a Chaplain to CCM and that person was Levi Ilhig. Because Bro. Levi has been leading Bible studies to the parents of CCM Community-Based project recipients, he should be the latter's Chaplain rather than a pastor of another church. And so the debate started regarding Chaplaincy.
