I was once talking to a family member about how much I love living overseas when the response came "Then why don't you go back there!" Ok, so I'm picking up on your message. I make you uncomfortable when I talk about how much I love living outside the United States. Got it. When my wife and I first moved overseas we'd been married for only two months. We didn't really have a chance. We were in it from day one. This was not going to be a "when we were young we once lived overseas" kind of experience. We were hooked. It never dawned on me to write any of it down until now. This book is the result of a little over two year's writing on a blog I started in August 2010 and it includes carefully selected bits about the expatriate lifestyle. With any luck there will be lots more to write about in the years to come!
