A 17 year ago crime is rejuvenated in 2022, when a high school girl is found murdered on a bench in front of the city's main library. All aspects of the current murder match those in 2005. It appears as if a cult of killers has returned to duplicate their murder spree of 2005. The M.O. of each crime is exactly the same, snapped neck, a cryptic phrase written across the victim's forehead, lips smeared with orange lipstick, and semen of unknown sources found in each victim. FBI Agents Ron Lee and Tim Pond are assigned to the case which has more red herrings than a local fish market.
