An approachable, affordable, beautiful soft cover edition of original poetry and art. It began simply as a way to process trauma, loss and grief. Through healing and encouragement it grew to its present iteration, a unique reflection, thoughtful, spiritual and raw. A few years ago the author imploded his life in spiral of caregiver burnout, alcohol, loneliness and despair. This work of art and poetry chronicles my road back to health. Beginning in treatment, poetry and art were pivotal in processing the underlying emotions and issues that led to the break.
