Pti-Apwa Equipment Management Information System, Computer Program Testing Instructions

These Equipment Management Information System: Testing Instructions are for use in conjunction with the Equipment Management Information System Implementation Handbook. (See Task 1 of the Implementation Handbook). These instructions are for use in benchmark testing the Equipment Management System computer programs as compiled in the receiving jurisdiction and in determining that the job streams have been properly developed. These Testing Instructions document the computer type containing the Equipment Management System computer programs and the system test data for testing these programs. They also describe the procedures for compiling the programs and performing the benchmark testing. The system file assignments as established in the programs provided on the test tape are presented in these Instructions. These file assignments will be helpful in those jurisdictions wishing to change these assignments.
