The Hymn of the Robe of Glory

Gemini Rising thrusts a traditionally childish phenomenon into an adult realm where the line between reality and fantasy is blurred. Zachary Munro may have outgrown and abandoned his imaginary chum Louie when he was eight, but is unaware that Louie continues to live, if only as a antonymous entity doomed to exist solely within the recesses of Zach’s subconscious mind. Zach and Louie are virtual Siamese twins conjoined by sharing a single mind. Realizing Zach’s fate is in fact his own, Louie becomes that little voice in the back of Zach’s mind and acts as his conscience, guide, and later muse in Zachary’s quirky journey through life, love, and ambition, perpetually questioning his own reality as he vicariously experiences dizzying heights and devastating lows in the real world through Zach, of course. But imaginary or not, Louie himself recounts this emotional and engrossing tale from his unique point of view.
