Emily was a shy and quiet twelve-year-old girl; that is, until she entered junior high and met the band teacher. The cute and outgoing teacher helped Emily overcome her shyness and brought out the inner beauty that was just below the surface. When she moved onto high school, she could not believe that he became the band teacher over there too. Thanks to band, she found a boyfriend who loved her, but through all of the crazy things that happened to her and those around her, the one constant in her life was the attraction she had to the band teacher. Maybe because he was the one person that she could not have. When high school graduation came, would she choose her boyfriend or would her feelings for the band teacher get in the way?
