Adam, who has acquired his father’s shamanistic powers, and his friend, Running-water, continue their search for his missing father, Esaugetuh. Following a list of seven names left by the mysterious and forever-disappearing Esaugetuh, Adam encounters a sensual owner of a lesbian bar, an irascible group of homeless men called The Brothers, an over-zealous TV reporter, a painter of souls, and finds his life’s mate. Fending off attempts on his life, Adam’s search for his missing father comes to a dramatic conclusion, as he prepares for an apocalypseaa new beginning.
