Maria Stevens is working at her genetic research job, when she discovers that the drug they have been working on to reverse the aging process does not work at all. She soon discovers that her boss has plans to use the drugas side effects to dupe the public. She enlists the help of the only people she can trust; but when her attempt to stop him goes awry, they find themselves trapped inside the facility and fighting for their lives. In the process of trying to escape, they inadvertently gain access to a hidden area, where the truly sinister genetic research is being performed in secret on unwilling human subjects.
