Something as simple as words on paper can be a very powerful tool. I believe that my thoughts take me on an internal journey throughout my infinite mind, which consists of the conscious and the subconscious. Both of these aspects of the human mind are what make up our spirituality. I embarked on this journey when I couldnat find any guides in religion, and so I started to search inside of myself for answers to questions about metaphysics or existentialism. I set markers in my head from reading poetry and philosophy so I could find my way around, but after awhile I realized that the mind is so vast it is easy to get lost–and I did at times, and I am sure that I will again. But I learned how to survive in there. Each time I entered I learned something different about myself. Some of these revelations can be quite disturbing, but you use this to change, or to start to create yourself in a way you feel comfortable with. Honesty is important because if you canat be honest with yourself then who can you trust? Not even your internal being. The book that I have written is a combination of philosophy and poetry, and I have used this to convey certain situations and images which are catalysts for conscious and subconscious cognition. You will find yourself on a personal internal journey once you start this book, but it will not end when you finish it. Then you are on your own, but hopefully your spirit will have become unhinged enough to break free from the restrictions and conformities of society, religion, and political manipulation, and enable you to develop a sense of who you really are underneath it all and help you to realize who you can be.
