For centuries, faeries have been protected by the human Guardians against the immortal Hunters who are out to destroy them. Now, the last Guardians and Hunters have returned to the crumbling town of Ferndale, the place where the war began and the door to the faerie realm. Here, the last Guardian, a young lady and keeper of the key to the realm named Gwynn, will try to protect the faeries, both friend and foe, before they are vanquished forever.
