The Poetical Works of George Herbert (1856)

George Herbert

This is the story of a child, Gregory C. Schuller, ripped from the grasp of a loving family he thought were his Mom and Dad into what seemed to the five year old a living hell, and orphanage they called and Academy, run by Catholic Nuns. The nightmares that faced him were at times unbearable. Three of the Nuns virtually tortured him both physically and mentally for two years. The only security he found was in the arms of a girl in his class. He was a gifted vocalist, upon departure from the orphanage he used his singing as an escape from reality. His success with singing brought with it many trials and tribulations. His dislike for most women, the sexual exploits of a young boy with both male and female are startling.
