Charley Watkins is a young man on his way to becoming a world champion long distance competition shooter. His skills are noticed by a secretive group known only as the Organization, who frame the young man, and coerce him into working for them. Believing the people blackmailing him to be an undercover government organization, Charley reluctantly goes along until he discovers what they want him to do. Now he is running for his life, with the help of his former Organization trainer, desperately trying to return to his old life.
