In a matter of months, Sarah went from being a fit and active university student to someone who was forced to rest almost constantly due to exhaustion and pain. It was six months before she was diagnosed with M.E. (chronic fatigue syndrome), and that was the beginning of major, long-term changes for her life. These changes brought about many questions, not the least of those to do with her faith. She had always believed God had complete authority over all things, including her illness, so she was forced to face the question of why God would let this happen to her, and what good could possibly come from it? Eight years later, there are still many questions, but in the midst of the limitations, Sarah has found amazing strength and peace, even when God doesnat give her what she thought she wanted.
