Justice and the Poor: A Study of the Present Denial of Justice to the Poor and of the Agencies Making More Equal Their Position Before the Law (1919)

One of the pillars of the educational reform movement is curriculum. The curriculum needs to meet two goals: (1) Students need the breadth and depth of content knowledge not just facts for tests (2) But students also need to be taught what they need to know to pass high-stakes tests.
