Studies of Paris (1882)

Due to the unwanted divorce I experienced during the 1960s, I have spent many hours searching scripture to find out what the Bible says about divorce and remarriage. Living in the Shadow of Divorce is the culmination of all my study. In this book, I detail the struggle I went through and what I found out about the scriptural principles that apply to a person who has experienced divorce and remarriage. The first part of the book covers my struggle when faced with an unwanted divorce. The second part reveals what scripture says about successful marriage and requirements for leadership in the church. Appendices provide the biblical references that deal with divorce and remarriage, both in the Old Testament and the New Testament.
