Lost in Paris: And Other Tales (1868)

Somewhere in the course of our lives everyone is hit with that moment when you have to decide to move forward or just totally stop. This was my defining moment. I began writing these poems while going through a very emotionally charged break-up with the love of my life. Amalia was and is my life. She is the one I searched for my entire life. Everyone has or has had that very special person that lights up your heart like never before. The poems herein tell a short version of the true love I hold for her. The passion in my words is only a glimpse into love. I hope in some small way this book will help you get to that safe place where you begin to let go, or win back your true love. True love knows no age or time; it only exists.
