Daya is a young girl with her kitty Star that go on and find many adventures. In this adventure Daya Devine abs Star learn chakras they meet several friends that help them learn their colors and chakras along the morning walk. Daya meets seven different friends that are seven different colors or the rainbow that help her remember her colors and remember her chakras.

This children’s book starts off with Daya waking up in the morning having her breakfast brushing her hair and teeth then going for a walk down Crystal Lane.
