Let’s face it, we all are over the year 2020. Many of us were introduced to the term ‘Quarantine’ for the first time in a physical, mental and psychological capacity this year. A series of uncontrollable events have plagued us throughout the entire year. Most of us are navigating the best way we can through all of this.
