Parallel to the Count's adventure is Ben's, the guy who died during the aforementioned night of the aforementioned living dead. With the help of a few unlikely allies, Ben embarks on a desperate quest for the ultimate cure for the various types of (un)death everyone around him is suffering. On the way, he'll develop a cherished friendship, meet a few more unlikely allies, and find opportunities to seek revenge against all of the many, many people who've killed him all over the place. Dracula and Ben's stories, with the help of a few unlikely allies, then intersect in the ultimate coming together of two horror movie masterpieces, all brought [back to] life in a serviceable Athelas font!
