between the earth and sunrise
i stand in awe of night
and teeter on the precipice
of my own fragile light
who am i to be here
to witness this delight

my eyes are not so worthy

*Liminal spaces are moments in time or a physical location that is marked by "in-betweenness". Characterized by a sense of unease or unfamiliarity, there's often an uncanny feeling of being neither here nor there that evokes nostalgia or eeriness.
