Interceptions

Jordan and Ellie try to navigate their lives in a drastically changed environment. Having kept their family safe through the worst, both detectives are confronted with cases that hit close to home: Jordan is called to a crime scene related to obvious neglect of a child. When the boy survives, she has to figure out not only who is responsible, but how to keep him and his sister safe.

Ellie's murder investigation takes a turn when she realizes she's familiar with one of the persons of interest: She and Miles Clairmont, son of a wealthy local family, dated briefly in high school. Is it possible he's completely oblivious to his father's ties to organized crime, or does he have his own agenda?

In challenging times, Jordan and Ellie once again rely on each other, and their friends and family to make it through.
