Finding creative freedom in a vast ocean of the alphabet can be a daunting task; especially at a time when the first black president is about to be sworn into office. Everyone, and d'ey momma, is waiting to see what happens. The election left many behind; Yarnell, being one of them. After being kicked out of his apartment; he's forced to fend for himself in the streets of Halifax, as he watches all of his hard work, over the past decade, go up in smoke. His identity slowly fades from the global economy and there is nothing he can do about it.
This is a story about identifying mental illness and the struggle one goes through to get back on his feet. It's a story about self confidence, social injustice and redemption. It's about being reborn with a new outlook on life, and perhaps most importantly, It's a story of reflection and the importance of progress during the recovery.
About The Author: Yarnell is a Dartmouth-based entrepreneur who overcame significant personal challenges to establish Creative Freedom Marketing & Promotions. Prior to launching his business, Yarnell face hardships including homelessness, hunger and depression.
