It may not be entirely Newtonian, but there is no magic in it."The story weaves between Lancaster, London and the Lake District as the characters wrestle with the morality and dangers associated with the Project.Miranda's sister receives a terse note that alerts her to some strange circumstances associated with Miranda's death. Duncan's colleague, Simon, who worked with Miranda for a short time and would appear to be implicated in her death.The 'final act' takes place at Long Meg stone circle on the day of the winter solstice.
