A varied collection of poems. Not many are in Free verse, but that does not mean that they are not contemporary in their approach to life - and death. Most are fairly short and whilst some relate to physical things the majority explore feelings. There are just a few (very!) short stories included, these are scattered through the book.

The writing and reading of poetry is a very personal matter. Some of the pieces explore fantasies or images that may resonate with you, the reader. Others may not have that effect.

Whilst most of the poems were written within the last few years there is a smattering of those written much longer ago - in the early 1960\s. These are included as they seem just as relevant today as they did over 60 years ago.
