Volume II of the Mi'kmaw Sovereignty Dossier: Royal Edition continues the formal legal, historical, and spiritual case for Mi'kma'ki's devolution from Canada to the British Crown under the 1725-1779 Peace and Friendship Treaties. This volume builds on the foundational arguments of Volume I, expanding into the ceremonial, governance, and international law frameworks that establish the Mi'kmaw Nation as a sovereign, treaty-bound state under the Montevideo Convention (1933), UNDRIP, and the Royal Proclamation of 1763. It includes detailed annexes documenting Mi'kmaw governance structures, the ceremonial covenant with the British Crown, and lawful enforcement measures to be activated on October 1, 2025.

This edition represents the Crown Covenant-symbolized by its royal purple design-and is explicitly addressed to the British monarchy, Parliament, Commonwealth Secretariat, and all international treaty witnesses.
