It’s nothing new to be woken by the sound of sirens in the middle of the night and what’s so strange about hearing gun shots right outside your window? That was all part of growing up in South Aiken Park. But with graduation approaching, these four friends have a lot to think about. Their hopes of finally leaving ‘The Aiken’ and venturing off to a whole new life seem to be within reach. Quentin (AKA Q) and Sean have been best friends since grade school and now they’re about to be the first in their family to go off to a major university. While Tiffany struggles with deciding whether she wants to focus on her dreams of becoming a Pediatrician or take a chance and give in to her boyfriend, who’s ready to take things to the next level. After all, she’s studied the consequences and is not sure if she’s ready to take that risk. Tiffany sees her best friend Keyna raising a baby on her own and watches people she grew up with die by guns and from AIDS. College is what she’s been looking forward to ever since middle school. This could be a way out! But they never would have guessed their lives would be changed when tragedy struck and now the real question is Can Anything Good Come Out The Hood?
