Cooking in San German Puerto Rico is a Gourmand World Awards first prize recipient in the Latin American cookbooks category C-14. The book, first published in 1979, was again published as a second edition in 2019. The recipes were developed by two home cooks who loved to cook and feed their families and friends. It’s been passed down through three generations and is continuing to be a very popular cookbook both in Puerto Rico and the mainland. Why?
