Sudeith carves petroglyphs, shallow relief stone carvings, featuring a mix of local and aerospace images. From the stone carvings Sudeith makes a unique form of printmaking, called an impression, which captures both the imagery and the sculptural depth of the carvings. From March 31 to May 7, 2016 the Mike Weiss Gallery at 520 West 24th Street, New York City, NY 10011 is featuring a debut exhibition of Sudeith’s impressions. This book is an index of stone carvings from which the works on paper are drawn.
