The ABCs of Leadership covers different aspects and principles of leadership. Along with the principles, the author shares her woes and victories in becoming a leader. Although the principles are biblically based, they can be utilized in the marketplace as well. The book is written so that readers can take one an aspect or principle at a time, pray the prayer at the end of the principle, and use the Notes/Reflections page to take notes or reflect on what they have just read.
