A Quiver of Cobras: Desire

The Cobras are on Summer Break and that means parties and hanging out with no responsibilities. For Kevin Sinclaire, it also means finally getting over his breakup with Lindsey Overton and moving on. His quarterback and friend, Scott Webber, is only too happy to help him find distractions in the form of Brette Girls and cheer leaders, all of whom are chomping at the bit to get their hands on the hero of Kendall Township High School football. Together, they tear up the summer party scene and enjoy the carefree single life. But Kevin really only wants one girl…Emily Vasquez. The problem is, getting Emily will destroy her friendship with Lindsey. Kevin has other things to worry about as well. His father, whom Kevin loathes, and who has been in prison for years, is finally getting out and wants back in Kevin’s life. On top of that, he discovers something that will threaten to tear his family apart. As usual, the drama of Kendall Township is in full swing as relationships continue to be tested. Friendships continue to grow and evolve with every lesson learned. Love ebbs and flows like the changing of the tides. All the while, the struggle between desire and consequences rages on.
