Responsibility free stray cat, Strut, has come down off the fence and in his singular slang style sounds off. He ain't lookin' for a home but along his blues highway he meets a colorful cast of characters- trio of ghost cats, hoodbillies, one ultra-talented guitar homey, wannabe singers and players, a J.C. spoutin' cat napper, a kitten afraid of everything and a kitten who becomes his protege, the head dog of all guardian dogs, amorous queens, trash talkin' toms, THE COOLEST CAT of all (besides himself) and a teen rescuer who can sing the stars out of the sky. If she'd only learn the blues... Until one wang dang doodle of a night he comes to a crossroads and makes surprising revelations about what he's really lookin' for! And it ain't just a phat blues tune...
