The 21st Century Adventures of Huckleberry Finn tells the remarkable story of how, one-hundred and seventy years after falling into an Arctic ice hole, Huckleberry Finn is discovered, thawed out, and brought back to life, unleashing his unique personality upon the 21st century. Having been rescued by a group of shady scientists, whom he manages to shake, for now, Huckleberry Finn winds up in a small town in Indiana, where he sets up camp on federally protected land, tucked among rolling sand dunes and small ponds near Lake Michigan. There he hopes to clear his head and lazy around a bit. But pretty soon he falls in with a local band of boys, the Musketeers. He turns their historically woeful football team into a juggernaut but also finds himself dodging child services and working to crack a peculiar mystery which, left unsolved, could mean tragedy for the MacSheas, a family full of grit and sand that has shown Huck what family means, at a time when it could’ve seemed like there hain’t no such thing.
