The Sugar Creek Communities is a history and memories of Sugar Creek Estates, Sugar Creek Resort, Sugar Creek Villas and Sugar Creek Country Club. These RV parks were created in Bradenton Florida in the 1970's and 80's. All of these RV parks were created by Bobby Whatley and for the later two parks completed by the Bencin brothers.
