Dr. Richard N. Drake (1945-2011) had a new vision for what a school of theology should be and this inspired him to found Primus University of Theology International in Phoenix, Arizona. In this way, he became the architect of the contemporary adaptation of the Classic Ecclesiastical University System. He head God say that the university would be to the Army of Compassion what Annapolis is to the U.S. Navy. Since then, the university has graduated many fine men and women who are even now building the Kingdom of God in various parts of this country and the world.
