West of the city of Pok, North of the ruins of Shchevret, and somewhere in the vicinity of Nowhere, lies Dunttstown, nestled in the tiny cracks of a hole in reality. And in that town lives a man named Mongrel Stevens, steadfastly existing in the face of all reason. He frequents the improbable, dances with the impossible and courts insanity. Of course, this isn’t all to his liking. In fact, he would much prefer to live a more normal, very explicable life. But who was he kidding? After surviving attempted murder, only to be hit by a bus and killed, he met Death itself, who didn’t like him very much and kicked him out of the afterlife. But while he’d been away his mother had been bludgeoned to death, and he felt like it was his fault. Of course, it probably was, but let’s not split hairs. Mongrel then went on to have a brief, some might say well-earned vacation - the life of a fictional character in limbo - but now we must return to our regularly scheduled program.
