The Children’s Media Yearbook: 2013

Welcome to this, the inaugural, issue of The Children’s Media Yearbook: 2013. Published by the Children’s Media Foundation, the yearbook provides an overview of the current developments shaping media provision for children in the UK: a snapshot of the policy, production and research issues that characterised 2012 and which remain live in 2013. As an annual publication, the yearbook allows for both reflection on the year past and speculation on the months ahead and, year on year, it will be a useful document by which to track issues and developments as they play out over the longer term.
