Integrating Instruments of Power and Influence in National Security: Starting the Dialogue

The RAND Corporation, in cooperation with the American Academy of Diplomacy, is conducting a 15-month project on Integrating Instruments of Power and Influence in National Security. This report summarizes the main results of a conference held as part of that project at which panels of senior military officials and diplomats offered their distinct perspectives.
