Plays of the New Democratic Spain (1975-1990)

This is possibly the first anthology in English to focus on Spain’s theatre of the democratic period. The volume contains six plays in English by major Spanish dramatists representative of the themes and techniques that found favour with Spanish critics and audiences in the post-Franco democracy.
