The Standards-Based Administrative Internship: Putting the ISLLC Standards into Practice

This work provides guidance to individuals who are involved in the clinical preparation of aspiring principals and superintendents. It argues for a high-quality internship or mentoring experience. Basing experiences around the Interstate school Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) framework should do this.
